We are thrilled to announce our participation at the Housing Finance Conference, taking place from March 18-19, 2025, at the ACC Liverpool. Housing Finance is the largest and most respected finance event in English social housing industry and attracts over 1,700 attendees.
A new approach to financial planning
We will be hosting an exclusive knowledge session, where together with Jonathan Fabris-Rotelli from A2Dominion, our experts will delve into the Ortec Finance approach to financial planning for housing associations. Attendees will gain insights into advanced modelling techniques and hear about the experiences of the WALS pilot project at A2Dominion. We hope to inspire all attendees to drive better financial and social outcomes.
Share Dutch social housing experiences
But that's not all! In our session we share some experiences from the Dutch social housing industry. We look at the Dutch National Performance Agreements 2025-2035: a set of binding and reciprocal agreements made between the Dutch government, local authorities, and housing associations. And we will share best practises in goal setting and prioritising, which is challenging in the Netherlands due to competing demands and limited resources.
